In collaboration with NYK Rajouri and supported by Sangarsh Movement held meeting at Conference Hall ,Dak Bungalow Rajouri in which 50 delegates participated. Those with best performance who are selected for National Youth Parliament to be held at New Delhi includes Shivangi Bhasin,Shabeena Choudhary and Rishib Sharma.
Acting as the Chief Guest during valedictory function of two days Youth Parliament MLA Rajouri Qamar Hussain stated that the only ray of hope for maintaining the unity and integrity of the nation lies on the shoulders of our youth who possess the traits of love, harmony, integrity and intellect .
MLA Rajouri pointed that everyone must know the constitutional set up , contemporary issues and programmes for the emancipation of the nation besides obeying the values enshrined in the preamble of the constitution. This is our prime duty to focus on our academic excellence besides maintaining harmony and brotherhood in the society and for such noble pursuits such programmes shall remain as momentous acts, he added.
Interacting District Youth Coordinator NYK Reyaz Mir pointed that formulating act on Education, health and sanitation with a demonstration would be very beneficial for the participants as this has given them the live experience of parliamentary procedures.
Chief Resource Person and National Youth Parliamentarian, Vikrant Sharma focused that such programmes aims to aware the young guns regarding parliamentary procedures and proceedings besides providing them the idea of democratic values ,political scenario , constitutional genesis and contemporary issues.
During the mock demonstration Adv.Shivangi kant and Social Activist Zulmaira Khan acted as the judges while District Coordinator , SANGARSH Munir Mirza also spoke on the occassion.
