The Rotaract Club Akhnoor Supreme in an impressive program announced the appointment of Rtr Vivek Gupta as its new President and Rtr Vasu Kolhi has also been appointed as the new Secretary for the term 2024-2025. The installation ceremony, held at the Kameshwar Palace, was a distinguished event graced by the presence of Sham Lal Sharma, former Cabinet Minister and Vice President of JKBJP, who served as the Chief Guest. Sharma, in his address, commended the Rotaract Club for its dedication to community service and the development of young leaders. He highlighted the essential role of youth in societal advancement and praised the club’s accomplishments under the leadership of outgoing President Rtr Jiteshwar Singh.
The ceremony was attended by notable members of the club, including Rtr Karun Gupta, Rtr Sourav Singh, Rtr Gourav Gupta, Rtr Shubham Langer, Rtr Akashdeep, Rtr Lalit, Rtr Kanav Gupta along with all other club members. Outgoing President Rtr Jiteshwar Singh expressed his appreciation for the support he received during his tenure and warmly welcomed Rtr Vivek Gupta and Rtr Vasu Kolhi to their new roles.
In his acceptance speech, Rtr Vivek Gupta outlined his vision for the club, focusing on enhancing youth engagement, community service, and leadership skills. Rtr Vasu Kolhi also shared her enthusiasm for taking on the responsibilities of Secretary, emphasizing teamwork and organizational growth. Together, they expressed their commitment to building on the club’s legacy of excellence and expanding its outreach initiatives.
