VP, Secretary JKAACL, others condole Kemmu’s demise

Vice President of J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Zafar Iqbal Manhas, Monday condoled the demise of noted playwright and former Additional Secretary of JKAACL Moti Lal Kemmu
Recalling his association with the noted playwright, the JKAACL Vice President said that Kemmu was a good human being who people will always remember for his contribution in the field of theatre.
The JKAACL Vice President also conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the family members of the deceased and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, to condole the demise of Kemmu a condolence meeting was held at KL Saigal Hall here today which was chaired by Secretary JKAACL, Dr. Aziz Hajini. While condoling the demise of the noted playwright the Secretary JKAACL said that he and his colleagues in the Academy share the grief of the family and pray for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Others who also spoke on the occasion and expressed grief over the demise of Kemmu included JKAACL Additional Secretary, Dr. A. S. Amn and Sr. Drama Instructor, Dr. Sudhir Mahajan. After attending the condolence meet the Secretary JKAACL and other staff members of the Academy headed to the Shastri Nagar cremation ground to pay their last respects to the departed soul.
