KISHTWAR, MAY 15:
A warm reception was accorded to Sardar Narinder Singh on his first visit to Padder after being appointed as President of Block Congress Committee Padder of 51-Kishtwar Constituency.
Hundreds of Congress workers including general public gathered at entry point of Gulabgarh Padder and welcome Narinder Singh by garlanding and beating drum from where the reception rally in the form of procession proceeded to Bus Stand Gulabgarh Padder.
Congress leaders and workers who were present in the procession included Nek Ram Manhas ( Former Block Congress President Padder), Sahid Hussain Khandi, Amar Singh (Sarpanch Gulabgarh) Abhimanyu, Bhupinder Singh, Manoj Kumar,
