State BJP General Secretary & Incharge Ladakh Yudhvir Sethi at Leh and led the delegation of party workers and local residents of Leh of ladakh with divisional commissioner Swaghat Biswas and apprised him of various issues confronting people of Ladakh division.
He was accompanied by Dorje Angchuk President BJP Leh and Nawang Smamstan Gen Secretary.
The delegation while appreciating governor Satya Pal Malik for sanctioning posts for Ladakh division and said that these posts should be filled at the earliest and preference should be given to local population.
Yudhvir Sethi today emphasized on construction of indoor stadium in Leh and said that the cold desert region also required Technical Collages like engineering and medical and said that people of leh and Kargil has been suffering a lot in absence of examination centers of national level courses and so the govt should plan of opening of Examination Centre at Leh and Kargil along with news courses at Leh.
The BJP leader requested the Divisional Commissioner to take up the matter of introducing new subject in different collages of Leh under cluster university so that students of Leh and Kargil don’t have to travel to far of place.
