The excitement continued on the second day of Yuvtarang 2024, the vibrant cultural and literary fest organized by the Department of Students Welfare at Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ), as students demonstrated their creativity, eloquence, and artistry across various competitions. The event is being held under the overall supervision of Dr. Monika Sharma, Dean of Student Welfare, CLUJ.
The day’s events were hosted at two locations, GGM Science College and Government College of Education (GCOE). At GGM Science College, the Literary Committee, led by Dr. Vandana Khajuria, Dr. Jatinder Kour, Convenor, Literary Committee GGM Science College and Dr. Seema Minhas, Cultural Convenor GGM Science College supervised by Principal Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kumar Gupta, organized captivating literary events and an on-spot photography contest under the Observation of Dr. Ranvijay Singh, Controller Examination, CLUJ. In the Elocution Competition, participants presented compelling speeches, with Taranpreet Kour of SPMR College of Commerce taking first place, Maithly of GGM Science College secured Second position and Kum Kum Sharma of GCW Gandhi Nagar bagged third slot. The Debate Competition was equally intense, with Manmeet Kour and Nitish Choudhary of GGM Science College securing the top position, Ridham and Ananya Tandon of SPMR College of Commerce taking second place, and Jeevanjot Kour and Tanisha Sharma of School of Science Securing the third position.
