An organisational meeting of the Samba constituency was held with a focus on strengthening party structure and enhancing grassroots outreach.
The meeting was addressed by BJP J&K UT Vice President, Samba Prabhari and Programme Incharge, Rekha Mahajan.
MLA Surjit Singh Salathia, District President Asha Rani, and District Seh Prabhari Manmohan Singh also addressed the meeting. The meeting witnessed the presence of prominent party members including Vikas Sambyal, DDC Suresh Falli, Mandal Presidents, district team members, ex-corporators, and booth committee representatives, reflecting strong participation from all levels of the organization.
Addressing the gathering, Rekha Mahajan stressed the importance of strengthening the party at the booth level. She said that dedicated efforts by grassroots workers are key to ensuring effective implementation of party policies and programmes.
“Our strength lies in our workers. We must remain connected with the people and address their concerns with sincerity and commitment,” she stated.
Rekha Mahajan stated that strengthening the party at the grassroots level is essential for effective governance and public outreach.
She emphasized that booth-level workers are the backbone of the organization and must remain actively connected with the people. She urged party members to work with dedication, discipline, and unity to ensure that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central Government schemes reach every beneficiary.
Highlighting the importance of continuous engagement, she said that understanding public concerns and addressing them promptly is key to building trust.
MLA Surjit Singh Salathia highlighted the need for coordinated efforts among party workers to further strengthen the organisation.
He emphasized that the party must continue working with unity and discipline to achieve its goals. “We must ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach every household and maintain regular interaction with the public,” he said.
He further called upon workers to remain committed to the party’s vision of development and service to society. Speaking on the occasion, Manmohan Singh underlined the importance of organisational discipline and active participation of workers at all levels. He urged party members to remain proactive and committed to strengthening the party’s base in the constituency.
District President Asha Rani appreciated the efforts of party workers and called for continued dedication towards public service. She encouraged booth-level committees to work efficiently and ensure better coordination to address local issues effectively.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to further strengthen the party’s organisational structure and expand its outreach among the masses. Leaders reiterated their commitment to work unitedly for the welfare of the people and the growth of the party in the region.
