Actor Mrunal Thakur has spoken about the importance of female friendships, highlighting her close bond with Tamannaah Bhatia and describing it as a source of strength and emotional support. She added that their bond is rooted in mutual support and openness. “We make sure we’re there for each other. I can be completely unfiltered with her. I can just say anything, like, ‘Yaar, this happened’ and she’ll always have a solution for everything,” Mrunal shared, recalling that the two first met on a flight before becoming close friends. According to the actor, female friendships are about “motivating each other, having fun, enjoying life, and celebrating yourself,” emphasising the role such bonds play during both good and challenging times.On the work front, Mrunal is preparing for the release of her upcoming film Dacoit, co-starring Adivi Sesh. Speaking at a recent trailer launch, she said, “This love story is made for me.” Directed by Shaneil Deo, the film also features Anurag Kashyap and Prakash Raj, and is set for a worldwide release on April 10.
