NGO UNNAT today distributed sports material and stationary items to students of Govt Girls Middle School, Bharda Kalan, Akhnoor Jammu in which School Head Master Sh Harbans Lal was Chief Guest and Sh Sudarshan Abrol, NGO President presided over the function. The programme was organised by General Secretary, Neena Abrol of UNNAT.
On this occasion, Neena Abrol said that NGO have been rendering help in many ways to poor children to boost them financially and morally. Further she said that sports activities have a bigger role to divert the attention of youth and growing children from the malice of drug addiction. This is a small initiative towards this end, she said, reiterating that our NGO will continue such efforts for the help of poor children and hold several programmes in other schools located in areas where people are living below poverty line, she added.She said that besides these acts of philanthropy, our NGO UNNAT has been holding seminars, workshops and other different awareness programmes for the benefit of the public and students.On this occasion, School Head Master Sh Harbans Lal appreciated the organisers and office bearers of NGO for distributing sports material and stationary items to school children and expressed deep gratitude for helping needy students.Among those who were present on the occasion include Kuldeep Raj, Raj Kumar, Anjali Abrol, Kanchan Sharma, Ashwani Dubey and others.
