Rekha Mahajan, Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir and District Samba Prabhari, chaired number of meetings with prominent party workers at Booth No. 23, Panchayat Avtal Village Chak Chattaka of Mandal Ramgarh, Village Chowni Booth No 18, 19 of Mandal Swankha, Booth No 88, 89, 92, 91 Panchayat Gurwal ,Village Badali in Vijaypur Mandal of district Samba.
The meetings were attended by Programme Incharge Vijaypur constituency Jairam Sharma, Programme Incharge Ramgarh constituency Naveen Sharma, Mandal President Nancy Choudhary, Mandal President Dheeraj Sharma, District Development Council (DDC) member Anita Choudhary, Sarpanch Moni Sharma, Mandal General Secretary Kastoori Lal, along with several booth-level workers and senior party members.
The discussion focused on strengthening the organizational structure at the grassroots level and improving coordination among party members.
Addressing the gathering, Rekha Mahajan emphasized the critical role of booth-level workers in strengthening the party’s presence.
She said, “Booth-level workers are the backbone of our organization. Their dedication and continuous engagement with the public are key to expanding the party’s reach and impact.”
She urged workers to stay closely connected with the people and ensure that government initiatives and welfare schemes reach every household.
She also acknowledged the valuable contribution of senior party members, stating that their experience and guidance are crucial for mentoring younger workers and ensuring organizational stability.
“Senior leaders play a vital role in guiding the cadre with their experience. Their support helps in maintaining discipline, strengthening coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization,” she said.
Mahajan also highlighted the importance of unity, discipline, and consistent efforts among party members.
She encouraged workers to actively identify local issues and ensure that public concerns are addressed promptly through proper channels.
“Our strength lies in our collective commitment to serve the people. Every worker must act as a bridge between the government and the public,” she added.
The meeting also included discussions on upcoming organizational programmes, strengthening booth committees, and enhancing voter outreach strategies.
Other leaders present shared their views and assured full cooperation in implementing the plans effectively at the grassroots level.
Reaffirming her commitment to organizational development, Rekha Mahajan called upon all party workers to work with renewed energy and dedication.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to further strengthen the party’s base in Samba district through coordinated efforts and active public engagement.
